Network Outage... QNET has detected a network outage impacting the highway 395 corridor up to Mammoth Lakes and Bridgeport. This trouble is impacting all services, T1, Frame-Relay, DSL, Cellular Phones and Long Distance calling.

Fiber cut has been permanently spliced to restore service.

Construction continues to splice fiber. ETR is 5:00 PM PT.

Construction crew is onsite and splicing is in progress.

The fiber cut has been located between Inyokern and Olancha, CA central offices. Fiber was cut by West Tech (contractor). Contractor is digging back 15 feet to expose the fiber. Construction/splicers are enroute and estimated time of arrival is 11:30amPT. Bishop and Mammoth Lake are voicemail isolated.

There is a fiber cut in the Victorville, CA area. The estimated time of
arrival to the site is 11:30am PT. There is no estimated time of restoral.
